Smart Travel Report 2018

The Smarter Travel Areas programme was launched by the Department of Transport with the objective of piloting a range of sustainable travel measures aimed at achieving a modal shift from private car to sustainable travel modes such as walking and cycling. I designed a mid-term report and this final report from 2018 which documents the research and findings into the impacts of Smart Travel Areas within 3 participant towns. The report was designed in a landscape format so that it could be read more easily on-screen and also provide a more distinctive format for print. I utilized a considered colour scheme throughout the report, designed an exhaustive list of maps, graphs and charts from the data collected and then laid out the accompanying text and photographic imagery.
